Eligibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements may depend on the type of product ordered, whether the product was custom-made, and the circumstances surrounding the return request.
Because many of our rope products are custom-made to meet individual customer specifications, all return requests must be reviewed and handled directly by Pacific Fibre and Rope.
